Breathe Easy With Buteyko

Asthma and other breathing related disorders seem to be prevalent in our society and that is a condition we, as a community, should note and do what is possible to bring about change.
Buteyko by the Bay may just be able to help.
Trained in the Buteyko Institute Method for two years and after practicing the method for eight years, Michelle Watson opened her practice High on Natural Health in April of this year in Mornington. Her motivation for the move to the area is that she may be able to assist people on the Mornington Peninsula to breathe easy.
Buteyko is a system of breathing retraining which can possibly deliver immediate and sustained improvement for people with asthma, snoring, sleep apnoea and other breathing-related conditions. The system originated in Russia from the work of Professor Buteyko and is taught by BIM Practitioners accredited by the Buteyko Institute of Breathing and Health.
The Buteyko Institute Method is taught in courses of five, ninety minute sessions, as well as follow-up as required. Adults of any age and children from the age of 3 years, who may be suffering from asthma of varying degrees of severity and other respiratory disorders, can take part. People who experience anxiety, panic attacks and chronic fatigue can also benefit from the method.
To help people understand and learn about the method Michelle offers a free information session before making their decision.
